Evidence of Bug

I was tending the plants today and noticed a "drop of water" on one leaf. Coincidentally I did water this morning. But I've seen these droplets in the past.

Since I knew it couldn't be water splash I inspected the leaf thoroughly with a 25x loupe. I found a spider mite on the underside of the leaf. My suspicions were correct. Unfortunately I can't pic the mite.

If you growers ever see water droplets on leaves where you know there shouldn't be water droplets, inspect for bugs with high magnification because it;s not water. It's sap! Bugs are picnicking.

Luckily for me I spotted it before putting these into 12/12. 5-6 weeks from switch I'd be noticing webbing. I'll nuke tonight.

Good point. I never considered dew points indoors.

Either way the weed god smiled on me by placing a tear on the opposite side of the red mite.

I just finished spraying the plants with a miticide. This isn't the first time I've combated them and alternate between products.

I don't know where they come from. I switched from FFOF to Pro Mix HP Mycorrihizae + Biofungicide.
