What's up guys. Been a while for me but I'm back. Took the summer off just because I didn't want to deal with the heat and then I procrastinated on getting up and running again.
I'm back up and good to go now anyways. I got rid of all my other plant's that were not cheese quake and I'm just sticking with the cheese quake until I get my own little seed bank going to pop new flavors every 6 months or so.
Now just to put it out there I don't sit there and inspect the plant everyday or anything like that. I am a bit more relaxed in my style and I cut leaves but not the plants. I am more into bending and snapping so I don't slow my veg times down.
I run botanicare nutes. I try to stick with natural and organic. Just with the flood tables I wanted to use something that was not smelly or a mess plus I find that botanicare brings out the best taste in each strain.
As for TGA's or Subcool's Cheese Quake is my plant of choice after my first go round with it last year. I ran 6 plants under 3k watts. I flowered them at about 18-20in and they stretched to just about 4 feet and that's bending and snapping them in flower to keep them away from the hood. I ended up with close to 2lbs. It had such dense bud structure though and such big buds I lost over a qp to mold.
None the less by far my favorite to grow and smoke so far. So here's the 3 girl's I have now in a 3x6 flood table. 20 gal smart pots with the 3k watts of hps. I have a 10in can fan pulling the heat out along with a 13k btu a/c, and a 400cfm intake. Oh and I run multiple co2 bags. Before I ran just the small bags now Im going to the big bags.
Here's them before flower and before trimming/snapping
After trimming and snapping
This was the next day after that
Here's a few days after
This was the move to flower and 20 gal pots about two weeks ago now. You'll see a lot of trimming. I trim one week before flower and then at the end of the stretch.
This is pretty much present day done there two week stretch
So that's it for now. Any questions let me know.
