Exhaust setup help

How would i set that up in my 3x3x5 grow cabinet. would i just make a hole on the side of the cabinet, put this there and plug it in? Would i run some sort of ducting to the fan?

Is there more to it?

you dont need to add ducting unless you want to block light from comming or going.. and yea man just drill a whole and mount that sucker
