you can start 12/12 from seed, but it will still need to veg until it is mature enough to begin flowering. you can start 12/12 whenever you want. actual flowering will not begin until your plant is ready. I do not ever start 12/12 before my plants show alternating nodes and preflowers, that is how they let you know they are mature enough to start flowering.

3-5 weeks, sometimes if the plants have stress issues it can be a week or 2 later, or worse if the issues are real bad and persist for a while.

ok so if started 12/12 on the 14th day (well the 15th. the 14th i had it in all dark for 24 hours) and now its the 18th sow been on 12/12 for 4 days how much longer u thinkin another 2 weeks? and my babies dont have much stress there in a good grow box! i LST the bigger one for like a day just to get some boost in the undergrowth. i do use m-grow nutes every few days.

Yeah, that should work great - keep up the good work.

i have a kid on the way in 2 months so im tying to speed up the hole thing.
my son first bedroom after he was born had plants growing in it as did his 2nd room, he was 18 months old b4 he was in a room with no plants. he's the happiest kid ive ever known, little lad just smiles and laffs all day long, sleeps like a log and very rarely cries, dunno if it has anything to do with the plants!

yeah, you CAN flower that soon but yer plants won't reach full potential. most varieties aren't fully mature veging wise until they're around 65 days old.

that seems like quite a long time to me, 6 weeks is usually more than enough for my plants to be huge and fully mature and ready to flower.
