Have a few clones of favorite strain and would like to know how long can I leave them in Veg? Last winter was first Winter grow and heating costs were really high ( no pun intended). If first outside grow yields are enough would like to keep clones in Veg until around next March. Is this possible? Any suggestions on how to accomplish

Thanks for you expertise

With light, water and occasional nutrients. Just like in warmer weather.

In theory, you can leave them in veg indefinitely. As long as you keep a light schedule more than 14hrs, they'll stay in veg. This is how people keep mother plants for years.

You can do what you're trying to do a couple different ways. You can keep clones going until you need them by continually trimming them, and keeping them under less light, to slow growth. Or, you can continually cut clones. When plants get too big for the space, take cuttings from them and root new clones. Then just toss the plants that got too big.
