Extracting pure oil

Hey im learning som different techniques to make high thc tinctures. And need a input on this one.

I dexcarbonate the product. Then add ISOpropanyl and heat it on low or just let it vapour naturaly.

Now when i have the oil from my premium buds in the pyrex. Is it possible to add normal vodka to the oil and diluate it with that to the desired strenght?
