Extreme underwatering can they survive??

hey everyone so i had to leave my ladies for 3 days i thought they would be fine but when i came back they were extremely wilted. they are both 4 weeks into flowering. can they bounce back from this kind of underwatering?? they were still green although there were some dead leaves at the bottom of the plant.

just water them, they should be cool in an hour or two

yeah dude 3 days is hardly extreme underwatering. plants have great regenerative powers.
