Ok, I have spent hours reading tons of threads in here. Information gets all confused and jumbled together and re-read over and over with diffrent opinions. My question is this:
If I First:
Build an EZ-cloner style box enclosure with misters inside with bubbler, pump, and aquarium heater.Use neoprene stoppers in net baskets with bottoms cut out to keep from damaging roots from pulling them through the netting, and no nutes in water. IE:International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums - DIY Aero Cloner the EZ-Cloner Replica in 10 Easy Steps!
THEN:
Build an exact same setup, but start using the nutes for the veg state of plants and PH the water. The idea being I can just "take off the lid from one and place it on the other reservoir" and start a fresh batch of clones in new lid while the rest are now in veg mode. Both Clone and Veg are in one room with 18/6.
Finally:
And this is where I have gray area, Either:
A: Have ANOTHER similar setup with bloom nutes in a enclosed room for the 12/12 light cycle till harvest, cut and continue the "production line"
My concern/question is the roots length. When the roots get so long, they will eventually be to the bottom of the container, thus constantly being in the water. From my understanding of reading, the loss of water to air then reapplying water is the key for growth. OR may cause root rot/overwatering to plant. So if I go with "A" the roots tips will be in the bottom of the water constantly while the rest are "misted". With the "B" option, it is a drip system so the roots get wet, but will have dry times.
I dont want to go soil indoors. I started with it, but I dont want to use it. I dont think cutting the roots is good, or will even WORK for the plants to keep them at a safe distance from the water level. Any suggestions/ advice are appreciated! Thanks!

-OR-
B: Use a Drip style system, pull plant out of bottomless net basket, place in regular net basket filled with rockwool or other hydro grow medium to hold plant, and bloom in drip system.
