144 site ez cloner, 8 bulb t5 25 watt bulbs placed 20 inches above.. they have been in the clone machine for 4 days and look to not be doin so well.. RO water using clonex at 320 ppm phed qt 6.0.. any suggestions

My clones been in there for 2 weeks , and just have club like roots at the bottoms . I use clonex to feed , Don't get it ,
I get quicker results from rapid root plugs and heat mat .
Anyone have a answer why their so low to root ?

They all come up 100% succes .. it was a deficiency Carried over from mother plants
