F***ing! White Flies, PLEASE HELP (PICS)

Hello everybody.

Ive been having yellow spots on my leaves like the one on the pictures. Didnt quite know why it was happening, till today. I saw a WHITE FLY. The plant is 23 days old.

Are these yellow spots caused by white flies???

What is a good way of getting rid of them, i was thinknig of buying some neem oil.

for white flies I think those yellow sticky paper traps work from what I heard.

I don't think the white flies are hurting the plants. I would be tempted to try a Hot shot for a couple weeks since they are still early in veg. Don't use it in flower though.
