Fan Problems HELP!

So here's the situation I'm in. I have two 120v 60Hz 12w fans for my pc grow box. Iv tryed the "cut an Ipod cord and rewire it" trick but i dont think it gives enough power to the fan. What can i do to give the fan the power it needs.

Use 18 guage lamp cord with proper connectors.

Agree with budley. Do it right, or you risk a fire. Understand?

you can use the 110v converters they use on building sites (for light ect) you know the yellow boxes..

Excelet advise, do it right, you do not want a heat and or fire issue. Fire is never good.
