fan/radiator cooling issue

Hey guys, I had this pump w/resevoir and 5"X7" radiator, left over from a liquid cooled computer system. I hooked it up to my res. to keep it cooler (of course) and i have it working well, the way it returns back induces oxygenization,(I only know this because salt water fish tanks) plus the suface tension being broken is 100% better the my air pump, and the 8 to 10 deg drop in temp. (middle day i drop a frozen bottle in though, that with the radiator helps alot, and theres a 5" fan pulling cooler air below unit thru radiator)
So heres the question, you guys think the aluminium radiator could make my otherwise beautiful plants, be almost completely yellow at top? I am using advanced nutes grow/micro/bloom at 750 ppm and 6.00 PH and 400w HPS i have since raised my ph hoping some iron was "locked" out, (I DID spend time looking thru the forum, i promise) and the buds are awesome! er, flowers are awesome! everything else, main stem green, and there growing and all, albeit, they seemed to have slowed down a bit, but....
What could or does counter act aluminium? or just find a plastic radiator I guess, or is it nothing, I do think that the rad. is suspect, also, my PH slowely drops over time, not up? and from what I could take in, it usually goes up, right? slowly rises anyway.
and this was an idicator, but i built this elaborate system and want to use it now, as it did what I wanted and serves 3 funtions, cools water, eliminates root hotspots, oxygenates. If the thing is why plants are soo yellow then its not worth it.
