I don't know if this is true or not. It's tecnologically possible if it weren't for limited battery life on your phone.

But no, we lost the last of our rights to privacy with the patriot act. Nobody needs appoval or a warrant or anything.

Every Cell phone even when off can be tuned into. Unless the battery is out they can listen. They have done it to arrest Mafia Members in recent years. And yes...The phone companies designed them ALL this way.

And who says Im not pumping multi million dollar buds out of my 2x5 closet............Exactly
