I don't know, when you start throwing hectors down you are damn well aware of the consequences. You are not only putting yourself out there for a law enforcement hit, a cartel may just slaughter your entire family to send their message home :o It pays to think :bigjoint:

I kinda think they were foreigners. (if i remeber correctly
They had over 1000 plants at each location. I don't think the sentence was that strict at all.
How much time would they have received for 250 plants. I think it would be right around the same sentence.

I was about to say, the head guy only got 5. He came off. I am wondering if the
prosecutor was scared to lose if they took it to trial.

our fellow brother FDD from here caught a federal case for conspiracy and will only serve less than one year, he was looking at 20+. Those guys will be out in less than 18 mths, and will go to a similar facility as he is, which as he describes, is no big deal at all, except for the whole monkey in a cage thing with no family around you. But it is far from hard time, they'll live.

2000 plants.......sounds like a lot of trimming to me.

^^ Fed is not 100% time anymore?

What were the #'s for FDD?
I don't know what this means. He was sentenced to 5 yrs on 20 possible. He plead guilty to several charges including conspiracy to deliver interstate 200 lbs. He was told that if he get into the rehab program, which it sounds like he may have already, he'll be out in 1.

I just did not know if there was anything other then a half way house after serving 85%
of your sentence when in FED.
