Feed or Transplant

My seedlings have been above soil for 7 and 8 days as of today and I'm worried they are starting to become nutrient deficient already. The soil I used was Black Gold Seedling Mix in red cups. I don't see any nutrients listed with the soil. It's mostly peat moss with some perlite And dolomite lime. The leaves are a lighter shade if green around the edges.

Comparing them to video grow journals on YouTube, they seem to be growing slower than normal.

I have Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil ready to use. I also have General Hydroponics Flora line of nutrients.

At this point should I try to transplant my seedlings, water with nutrients, or water with plain water?

They look like that and are growing slow due to over watering let them dry out

Make sure you arent overwatering, it looks like some algae is forming on your medium from too much moisture

I haven't noticed any algae growth on the soil but I will double check.

Last night I picked up all 5 cups to check the weight for water and brushed my finger against the soil. They seemed light, almost empty and the top soil seemed dry when I dug a little with my fingertip.

Letting them dry out at least another day shouldn't do any real harm. I'll leave them and reassess again tomorrow for changes.

I can tell from that pic there to wet your soil looks like mud man trust me let them dry they should need no more water for a few days at this stage you only need to water very little do you have drainage holes cut in those cups?

Yess, each cup has 5 holes in the bottom. Cups are also on a tray that allows for drainage underneath.

Then yea don't water for a few days man and they'll start to off most common problem first timers have is overwatering
