Feeding Autoflowers

my setup is DWC+top feed and my dumbass fed them nutes right away. i dumped and cleaned my rez and not just have the rock wool cubes ssitting alone in netcups and am dipping them in distilled water every few hours or when they seem to start drying out.

anyway, im told to wait until the root is atleast 1inch out of the bottom of the rockwool cube...should i still follow this being that theyre auto flowers? or is there something else i should be paying attention to decide when i should start feeding nutes?

A plant is a plant.I would start my way up with very diluted nutes,WHEN it's mature enough.Do some research and like i did..READ :)

Auto do not need much nutrients. They are very sensitive and burn easily. Usually wait until the 4th set of nodes. I have grown autos with just water until week 3 into flower. You can give em straight water their whole lives and they grow fine.

Relax. I started both my auto plants in hydro bubble buckets full of 1/2 strength nutes from sprouting, and they quickly grew into very bushy, thick-stemmed plants.
I did not change the nutes for the first two weeks because they hardly took any out- just water. Now they suck the nutes out in three or four days and I have to change nutes every 5 days or so. Weed is tough and you'll be fine.
