Hi guys.
First time grower wondering about nutrients.
I assume most everybody feeds their plants, and have read a lot about nutes.
Im thirty days into veg and my plant are happily growing larger and more healthy than I expected. And am wondering if really need to feed them? I'm currently using a really nice soil, root organics, which has all sorts of nice stuff from coco fibers to worm castings to bat guano, see more at http://www.horticulturesource.com/aurora-innovations-roots-organics-natural-organic-potting-soil-1-5-cu-ft-34-lbs-60-pallet--p2545/
So I suppose my main question is, is it necessary to use nutes? I've heard lots about misadventures and chemical burn that I don't feel like experiencing if my plants seem happy as is.
Any comments welcome.
Happy growing!!
