i came home last night to delight of my 4 babies popping. they were in water the night before and i could see some tail activity so not enough so i switch to the plate and boy did that make them get horny. i got of work and rushed to the room and felt a rush of joy and euphoria that i couldn't explain. i had to bring myself down to earth because, knowing me and that this is my first time, they might not even pop up from the soil after they got put in. but anyways, now we wait for phase two, and when it happens.......well.......the journey continues.

Lol I know exactly how you feel. I'm currently on my first grow too. As soon as I saw the soil getting pushed up I got so excited, I started checking my pc like every 5 mins. It's been 4 days and its growing so fast. They don't call it weed for nothing lol

now I check every hour cuz I, personally, do not want any sort of ailment for my baby. I just planted a second seed. Hope both these are girls :)

yeah i'm bout to slide on that bus and get some cfls then go get my hurr did n braided so i prob won't even be home till 5:30 n its 12:30 now and they just sitting under my lamp light cuz i got shit else lol. tomorrow i'm gonna get a box fan from my job too. feels great to work at walmart lol. i might leave them under lights for 24 hours for a few days but iono, depends what time i get home to give put them under the 4 cfls.

That's all I meant was one single thread for everything, I just thought when people started a regularly updated grow thread it's considered a "journal."

i don't want to jump the gun and start one before my girls even break the soil. once they break the soil and i can see definitive growth then i'll start a grow journal just to not waste anybodies time looking into my shit. idk if they'll make it though because i germ'ed them early and had to put them under a single cfl overnight so they've probably been sitting under a single cfl for 24 hours until now that i have them under 4. i don't have a fan though so tomorrow that is my next mission assuming i dont burn my babes tonight.....the light is about 4-5 inches from the tops though so we should be golden and the closet doors are slightly opened.

Most Cfls have their own cool tube, so you can keep ur plant like 1-2 inches from the bulb. I do.

i read in a forum on here: put ur hand in between ur plant and the lights, palm side down. If its too hot for your hand, its too hot for your plant. :)

in retrospect they are actually about 2-3" at most from the soil because its almost touching the top of the pots but one of the grapefruits it fully out of the soil and moving upwards and i can see the other 3 trying to poke their heads out the soil but they're not out of the woods yet. still some perlite n tree barks to push out the way. i'm looking at them and jacking off as we speak this is so exhilarating.

Lol, again, I know exactly how you feel. I'm taking pics daily and within the last three days, they have grown so fast. Haha. I'm afraid to blink and already have buds growing lol
