female or hermaphrodite?

can anyone tell me if this is a female or hermaphrodite? the theres two pistils with hairs coming out of em. on pistil on each side. but on one side there are two pistils one with hair and one with no hair and it kinda looks like a tube or finger not a teardrop pistil.

How long has it been flowering? sounds like it just needs some more time. Betterpics would help but I have a crappy camera too. LOL.

can someone post a picture of a hermaphrodite preflower? the finger that is coming out next to the female preflowers is getting a little longer with dot in on the end i think its a male preflower though any one know?
