female week8 flower showin male,pollen

shit have a plant in i think week 8 of flower and all of a sudden i start finding male flowers,,,
the problem is i know nothing of males , i grow fem seeds, i figure i got to be a hermaphrodite my question is when does the male flower release its pollen and what does it look like through out its life?? the ones i found where greenish and fading to yellow!!! i cant have this!!!
whats up with this are the youngsters doomed will they be affected yet???
