fertilize with this?

Hi guys,
I have some feeds for lawn that is 7.5, 1.5, 1.5 can I use it for my plant that is a month old ,1 feet high and it is still vegging.
I noticed some leaves are a bit crispy and tend to point end of leaves down.
Any help?

NPK is NPK, i wouldn't see why not. they obviously need some food if they are getting crispy on you, they need cal/mag
