Few organic questions from a newb

I've read and read the rols thread
Love it
It convinced me to go organically

I'm putting together the things ill need
And have a few noobie questions.

I have fox farms original potting mix
Is only one i can find locally

As far as compost and the ewc
Ill have to order that online is no where locally to source that and I'm not prepared to start my own bin.( plan on it eventually tho)
I'm using 3 and 5 gal airpots
5 gal for my larger plants in flower and 3 gal for clones and vegging plants
Veg 400 my
Flower 1k hps
Veg room is a typical closet
Flower is a utility room about 6x6 with the hot water heater in it and window a.c. unit ( which is old and underpowered and drips into a bucket i empty every other day )

I live in a veryhumid revion so am constantly battling humidity issues

So currently

3 1.5 c.f. Fox farms original potting mix
33 lb peat moss Lambert
25 lb cow manure 0.5-0.5-0.5 black kow
10lb perlite
Am looking for cheapest shipping rates for decent dwc
As of now everything's in the bags still.

Will this work as my base?
Planned on mixing per the rols thread


For amendments I have
5lb azomite 0-0-0.2 greenway biotech
2lb kelp meal 1-0.5-2 Dr earth
3lb blood meal 12-0-0 jobes organics
3lb bone meal 2-14-0 jobes organics
8lb tomato tone 3-4-6 espoma
7lb Epsom salt Pennington plant nute
(magnesium 9.8% silver 12.9%)
4lb diatomaceous earth garden safe


I'm picking up some roots organics high P bat guano tomorrow ( Monday8_13)

Need a few other amendmants still
But am I on the right track?

What would my next step be?
After my first run with organics once I'm more comfortable i would like to then try the teas
But right now that's way out of both my realm and league.
Any input would be appreciated

I tend to rush into things and am really trying to plan this out correctly

I dont run organic, id like to one day.

Teas are easy, used lots of it when growing my veggies.

Alot of different recipes, but basically get a decent air pump and stone and container or bucket. Put some ingredients in a sock and bubble for 24-48 hr

Dilute x4 and use right away.
- thats what i did anyway lol

I used different stuff, whatever i had on hand
-alfalfa hay
-manures
-composts
-Worm castings

Be careful of not making it too hot. All I use is garden tone and ff bulb food and that is more then enough to sustain my plants. Mind you my medium is 100% manure here is a pic.I would suggest after you make your soil and before you plant in it to get your soil tested.
