Final few days before harvest!!!

Hey everyone,

So I'm very close to being finished with my first aero grow.

Here are my last steps

Flush plant and fill with pure water for two days
Give plant 48 hours of darkness
Cut stems and hang dry for three days in total darkness
Cure weed in sealed jar for one week


Let me know what you think and if I'm missing anything or doing something really wrong. Thanks peace

I would flush more than 2 days no less than a week

three days is a little quick for a hang dry i used to use a heater to speed the process up and resulted in buds having no smell/aroma. everything you want to do after the point of the plant being cut at the stalk needs to be SLOOOW this is when allot of people get impatient. the slower the better as when the plant is cut down and you think its dead its actually still hard at work but if you dry it to fast the plant cant complete its processes of fermentation (curing/aging).

Ok thanks guys, ill let it flush a little longer before I chop. Then I'll hang dry for a little longer hopefully I'm looking at like two weeks to smoke it

don't seal it in jars and forget it! for your own good. you need to check em minimum daily and 'burp' the jars, after drying.
Really look into harvesting and curing to get the best out of your hard work

no prob man sure it will end up nice, you could easily start smoking withing the firs week or so of curing and by the time you get to the last bit it will be the best (fully cured).
