Finally Finished My New Grow Setup :)

So I finally finished getting everything ready to grow, Just waiting on the Seeds. Lmk What you think
Edit < I built the Box into a cove in my guest bedroom. Its not a closet>



Heres the setup

- I am going to be Putting up Drapes and using them to funnel the air out the window. The Exhaust will enter the top of the drapes.

Looks good, but you should really consider painting that room flat white, you've got some sort of eggshell or some other textured finish it's going to diminish the amount of light reflected significantly, or put up some mylar around your grow area.

Other than that looks like you're on track to some good growing. What strain are you planning on growing?

The inside of the grow box is flat white. Part of it has some texture on it from the walls before i painted them. And im going to be running a lot of light so i should be fine The 6 bulb t5 for veg, and a 600watt and the 6bulb t5(wall hung)for flowering.

The walls are painted flat white and I'm going to be running a lot of light so I think I'll hold off on the Mylar. But thanks!

Looks like your gonna do your entire grow in one closet. That's gonna suck cause your only gonna get a certain amount of grows in that way.......But other than that it looks good....Maybe think about getting a clone/veg room also....that way you can produce more bud..................

I'm planning on setting up a veg room. But I'm moving in august so I don't wanna build anything else until I move. And I want to get my first grow under my belt before I add a rotation

I'd ditch the intake fan, just use passive intake.

I Like how its all 1 color, could almost Pass as a HIDDEN Grow.. Except.. what the hell are thoes huge vents coming out of it !!!

One is an intake. It's a long U so it works as a light trap. And the one above the window is the exaust. I'm putting up drapes that will be sealed around the window to funnel the hot air out the window so the air cOmming into the box doesn't get hot. And I need it to look normal from the outside.

Also about the intake. I like having a fan sucking fresh air in so I can have fresh air (Co2) blowing onto the plants

Ah I see, hope they get there soon. Iv just set my seeds out to germinate, this is my 1st grow so I have my fingers crossed that the seeds are fine (got them from some weed I bought).

Very similar to how i made my set up, similar size and all, except i used diamond stamped mylar. I'd definitely recommend it, its not expensive and will only make your cupboard brighter so why not? Either way, good set up. I had huge problems keeping the temps down running a 400W MH/HPS in the space i grew in so beware
