yeah, just go to ANY ghetto laundry mat take clothes with you to wash, take a beer in a brown bag with you, and carry smokes even if you don't smoke. if this laundry mat has guys hanging out front you found the right place.
you have two choices
1.ask the dudes out front which one of them by now has made himself known to you, ask him BUT only for like a BLUNT worth. He's either going to have sacks or middle man you... just don't front money and try hard to meet or be seen by the dealer.
2. sit in your car watch the parking lot if you see some dude with 26" rims and PA system in his trunk roll up and park chances are he got the weed... walk by his ride and have your beer spark a conversation about his ride/rims... if he warms up hit em with the question.
most of these "hook ups" IF you get a number are good for a few days or weeks... if your not blowing like an OZ every couple days, or switch to COKE. they ain't gonna fuck with you for too long. plus your not fooling yourself if the bags continuously keep getting lighter and lighter every purchase.
but all the while smoke out as many people you think are cool and you should find a normal safer dealer in no time.
