Finding seeds locally

How could i find some quality seeds locally? I really dont want to/ cant buy them online, so what can i do?

The only local *quality* seeds you're going to get are from a friend who got them online. Sorry. You could always try to grow some bag seed and see what you get, a lot of people have pretty good results with that actually.

pakalolo if your in europe the seeds are legal in the uk/amsterdam and a few other places otherwise the nets the only way to get good genetics unless ur on a script
