first bho run

I used 32 grams of some sugar trim blasted through a glass extractor a little under an inch in diameter with one can of power 5x tane.i gave it a hot water bath untill all activity in pyrex has ceased.i then scrapped it up with a clean new razor blade and put the wax onto p.p. i placed the p.p on a hot griddle on the low setting and began whipping. I cooked/whipped untill i couldn't see any bubbles through the wax. It turned into a yellow clear sap like wax. I was going to freeze it untill i can vac purge it but my partner insisted on testing it out. When lit there is no fireworks and when vapped no sizzling. When spread on p.p it was a nice clear yellow but when put into one ball turned very brown
. Any input on my process is greatly appreciated. I want to know why did my wax look yellow but when folded into itself its brown. Is this normal. Did i do this process correctly and did my partner smoke butane when dabbing this product.
