First Ebb and Flow Grow

Im about to start growing using homemade ebb and flow. I new to this so i need some advice. I heard you need to sterlize all this equipment tub, pump, etc. What should i use and for how long. My seeds are about to pop so i need to get started on this asap. Is there anything from hd lowes, or anyplace that i can get the stuff to start. Sorry i have just been reading but not sure. Im using rockwool, clay pellet, any tips.

worked on this pretty much the whole day. Going to put in 8 cfl and 2 floro tubes t8 32 watts. I can't seem to find any bigger wattage for 6500k and the local stores. hd lowes walmart etc. any body have any ideas
