First grow, auto question.

Hey riu community, I'm going to be growing an auto white widow that came from pyramid seeds, it is currently germinating right now. But this will be my first ever grow I've been lurking these forms and others for a while now soaking up as much information as possible, and let me be honest its a little over whelming with all the different techniques that go into growing, I'm a little hesitant on using nutes and stuff because this is my first grow, has anyone used just a good soil that kept their plants fed during the whole process and not have to do anything but water? If so what did you use? Thanks!

we use 1:1 ratio of fox farms happy frog and ocean forest. that will take you about 3-4 weeks into the grow cycle with no nutrients required. After that you could make a bat guano tea and water it in every couple of waterings. there are two that we use, one is higher in nitrogen the other higher in phosphorus. we use a little of each to a gallon of water. try to stay away from miracle grow and the other manufactured chemical based ferts if you can. less likely for you to burn your plant. start in the final grow container. auto's are prone to stress, especially once they start to flower. we grow ours in 5 gallon buckets filled to the brim with that soil mix.
