First grow. CFL (LST) top it or fim it?

Im about to start my first flower stage using the LST method. Can i top or fim them?

What works best if i can?

2 plants
12 x 26w cfl's. 6 per plant
3 gal buckets

Topping is done while plants are in Veg, usually in the beginning of Veg. If you are in flower and just topping or about to flower and thinking of topping you might have some issues. I don't think it will kill your plant but it will definitely put some unwanted stress on the plant at a time when it doesn't need it.

How tall is the plant? How many nodes does it have? You typically want to top around the 3rd or 4th node.

I found that if done correctly, fimming is a lot more productive. If you're unsure how to FIM correctly, topping is very productive as well

topping in flower works fine, I just topped my Wonder Woman that was in flower for 2 weeks and she looks great
