First Grow; DWC modified cuz I'm lazy

I was asked by a friend to build a DWC system for him and figure out Hydro to make it easy for him to do- he wanted a SOG op. As a disabled vet with pain issues, I decided to get a MMP card and try growing myself. Might as well put all that research to personal use. 1st grow is Aurora Indica; we're on day 11; DWC, Lucas Formula, 260 watts (actual) CFL so far on them. (400 HID + CFL's to augment the low end of the spectrum when we get further along). I also attached pictures of what I've worked out on a design mod. I moved the irrigation hub above the lid, so I could run plumbing for my convenience. I added two valves and a drain to allow me to used the pump to draw samples and pump the reservoir down, along with a simple flap for dumping in nutes etc. It's mainly 'cuz I'm lazy and want to minimize the amount of effort I have to put in- hence next gen will be a RWDC. After a recent thread; I've run the water level up to the bottom of the netpots. Air pump wise, I'm using a dual outlet 60 gallon sized air pump that agitates the heck out of the water in dual 10" air stones. The goal here is to maximize per plant output to compare against the SOG at the friends house, so I'm going 5 week veg (till plants are mature, actually). I'll top and FIM after the 4th node, but I can't decide whether to use a ScrOG or not. I'm open to suggestions if anyone thinks I'm off base. I'm here to learn. Thanks!

If you can a build a good mesh then SCRoG, unless you have vast amounts of space a SCRoG grow will usually be the most efficient at maximising your space to yield, and light wattage / yield.
