First Grow - Emily's system is ok?

Hello People...

I want to start my first grow, and I'm thinking on Emily's Hydroponic System + Xtreme Lighting 400w Switchable Complete System w/lumecool reflection
My idea is to grow 3/4 trees each time, and i will start with seeds. and want to spend between US$ 400/500.

can someone tell if this configuration is ok, or if i should change the light system or the hydroponic system ( i dont have much space)..

What else I need to buy? Ph meter? temperature/humidity controller? Fans? timers? lamps? which models?

Use hempy buckets if its your first grow!

Yes El1, Hempy Buckets looks a good way to start. But I have some douts. can you help me?

1 - I will start putting the seed on a wet towel/paper, after them sproud I should put the seed direct on the mix of perlite + Vermiculite?

2 - My idea is to grow 3 or 4 trees each time, which light system i should use?

3 - fans? how much i will need? the computer fans are enough? or need something bigger?
