First grow ever, decided on DWC.

Hey guys!

I'm brand spanking new to growing MJ and happened to find this place on an off chance. Just started my grow in a DWC bucket with all the trimmings, and wanted to gauge how she's doing.

She has 1 root that hit the water yesterday and she's exploded in size in 2 days.

Any tips for a newbie grower from those in the know? I've been reading pretty much non stop for 6 months, but there is always more to learn.

Looks great for your first time. I had many successful soil grows before I moved to rDWC, so good on you for jumping right in. Your biggest hurdle will be root rot/algae. If you've done your reading then you know what the most important factors are. Are you going sterile or bennies?

It's a good to trial DWC, but to earn more tech on how to growing DWC is necessary. I do still like grow with soil lol i dont like learn a newer tech, just put pots in growtent/room, keep grow light and carbon filter and other equipment then game runs . anyway hope you happy growing then.
