First Grow Ever.

I plan a grow in a stealth grow dresser.

I'm going to use a 200w cfl with a aeroponic system, 1-4 plants with scrog or 'training'

i germed 2 seeds perfectly with a damp paper towel in a bag and put them in 2" grow pots in neoprene collars. so far they have been in the aeroponics for a week and have had little progress. So far it looks like one root has gotten a bit longer but maybe only 5mm below the neoprene. The other has stayed at 3mm below the neoprene.

Maybe my temp in the grow room is a bit low? around 17-20 degrees C. any other ideas of why the growth is so small?

I'll take some pics soon and hopefully get some answers??
