First grow for "me" problems.

Hey ladies and gents, been snooping these forums for a few weeks for info now and decided to join today.
Been helping people grow their plants for about a year now, I'm pretty handy when it comes to the garden but not this exact grow type.
I have a bit of a green thumb and have grown many other plants just no this type to full harvest.

Well there's four plants going at this moment, two Blackberry Kush's started about 2.5-3 weeks ago, they seem pretty healthy to me but I did foul up
at the beginning and had my CFL's too far so they stretched some, but that's been fixed. Overall they are about 10"-12" tall now even with a little bonzai.

And then there's two White Castle's, one is a lil baby about 2" tall and the other just sprouted up yesterday so it's super tiny. Those were started later into
the grow as I wanted the Kush's taller and in the other end of my grow closet.

I have a 3Ft x 10Ft closet with good ventilation, a good fan I can adjust input amps for RPM for intake breeze from an open window, and each planter is fairly decent sized (holds 5ish lbs of soil at about 70-80% full) and I have 800W of CFL's at 14000 Lumen, "daylight" color. 2x 200W/4x 100W.

My issue is my little white castles... My 2" seedling has seemed to have stayed that way for 2-ish days with no growth after I transplanted it, which is abnormal for what I am use to. And my little seedling has not moved one centimeter since it sprouted. But nothing at all shows any signs of light stress/heat stress/over-under water/and I haven't used nutes...

Also my one bigger Kush seems to have stunted as well, I fimmed it late night 13 June, and a few hours ago after looking at it my four node leafs only seem to have grown about 2.5 inches. My lighting is between 3 and 6 inches away.

I have been trying to control my tap water pH (7.3-7.5 out of the faucet) but it's becoming too tedious and I may just go purchase a 5 gallon RO jug from Wal-Mart.
I will have to get a better camera to take photos with so I can post them up for ideas, but thanks ahead for any input! :joint:
