First Grow Harvest Questions

I just started week 9 of flower on my first grow and although I've learned so fricken much, I'm trying to figure out when and how I'm going to harvest and have a few questions.
First let me set up my situation... During weeks 6 I ran into a few issues. I had neglected to examine the plants on the rear back side of my trays (both sides) and discovered I had a pretty large infestation of spider mites on one side and PM on the other (Not to bad). I ended up saturating everything in the room with half and half doses of Coastal Plant Therapy (Can't remember the exact name), Green Cleaner, Dr Zymes and Trifecta. I treated every other day for 3 applications just after lights out which seemed to take care of the issues even though I'm still spot treating where necessary and my plants were definitely angry.
Due to the spider mites, I have A LOT of leaf damage in certain areas (i.e. quite a bit of dead and dying leaves even though the buds themselves are still green but pretty dry). My Hindu Cushes were not affected at all and are going to be ready to harvest any day but the other 3 quarters of the plants need at least another full week. I don't have the resources to dry separately so I need to harvest all at the same time as I'm having to use the same room.
Sorry I went so dang long on this post but in your experiences, how long can I go past the optimum harvest date before my Cushes start degrading and because of the the chemicals, mites and PM, would you recommend I wash my plants prior to hanging?
I've attached some pics of my somewhat decent plants and a few not so good but for some reason the REALLY bad bud pics I mentioned were assed out.
Thanks for the advice.

You can go a week longer than normal, just keep an eye out.
I would not wash the plants. Asking for trouble.
If that was my grow, especially first grow, I’d harvest now.
But it’s hard to tell without any pictures of the worst affected buds.
If it’s as bad as you describe you’ll be tossing some anyway.
