first grow. im thinking i failed, help please?

Well my little ones are now 7 days old.. i germinated 3 bagseeds, they sprouted nicely and i planted them in a 12oz dixie cups, 1 failed and 2 have come up nicely but i see all of these post about plants and at 7 days alot of you guys are already seeing 6 leaves at that point i had posted last night about the first leaves that sprout out of the first node, mine were turning yellow i soon came to realize it was definitally overwatering them, and i had broughten them outside for the day because the sun was shining but it was still chilly here in good ole wisconsin, im not sure if that affected anything? they might have been shocked a little too..but anyways i brought them inside they seem to be getting longer but the leaves arent really getting bigger nor has the second level of the stem started. i transplanted them last night from the dixie cups into a half cut gallon of milk and another half of a 2 liter in a very moist compost soil, i do plan on planting them outside as soon as its consistantly at 57-63 degreesf. right now they are in my closet up on the shelf just being lit by a 60 watt lightbulb i keep from about a foot and a half out i keep it on 18/6, i know thats not enough lighting but i just want them to get strong enough to get outside..the sun is starting to shine here., i have picked out my grow spot, such a good spot..i dont know, but here is some pictures, am i behind? is there anything i can do to save these young ones?
Someone help me out please! i would really love some feedback on my issue..!

yea more light and those plants look ok for a week old... could be better but it will shoot up when it is outside....you do know that 50% of bagseed will turn male!! so mabye you should grow 1 or 2 more

and why are your pots so damn fucking huge? your suffocating those poor babies. IMO, you need to transfer your plants to a smaller size cup\pot etc. Till those grow about 5-10 inches tall then transfer them into adult size pots.

dont transplant shit. but he does have a very good point on starting out small and workingyour way up to use the most root space available

yeah i thought about that after i did, but no im not going to transplant them and risk just puttin to much stress on them, but now at least they wont have to be transplanted for a while. ok so i went out and i got a nice flouresent double light set with the warmer bathroom type lights. so im gonna put my babies under it, now i plan to keep the pictures coming guys, i want these babys to survive!! what should i do when they start getting taller should i get something to help hold them up or should it support itself?
