Back in the saddle again! After 28 years, it is indeed time. This time, indoors. Stealth is key. After researching what was available in a stealth cabinet design, I was less than impressed. The cabs look like they come from Office Depot, Office Max, ect. VERY flimsy, at least the ones I previewed at the local office supply stores were. Then, while shopping at our local Sam's Club, I seen what has now become a labor of love...Better built cabinet to start with. In looking for a cab, I paid very close attention to it's construction-namely how easy of hard it would be to make it totally light proof. This one fit the proverbial bill to the tee. Next was what to put in it, and where. My goal was to have a veg/flowering area with a cloning/seedling area as well. Being able to isolate one another was also taken into consideration, as light timing will never be the same between a 12-12 schedule or an 18-6 regimen. Once I had a blueprint for the layout, it was time to address potential cooling issues. Before I even began, from the research i did, there simply was no way to do what i wanted to do in a completely self contained unit. Things like smell, cab overheating and general reliability were paramount issues that needed to be addressed. Follow along with me, and please chime in if you see me doing a big booboo along the way. Enjoy!
