I feel like im in week 3-4 of flowering (switching to 12/12) ?? Ive been slowly giving it nutes without ever checking PH, I clean it once a week and add fresh water that has sat a day. am i looking good or what.. i got a 2x 50 w lights, a 75 w light and a 150 HPS hanging above. should i only use the hps during flower or is it cool if i combine it

can anyone tell me how it looks indica or sativa? it smells very sweet/ lime idk a nice potent smell.... im using a 150 hps and the reg 150 cfls ive been slowly giving it nutes, but the very bottom leaf or two has turned brown and died but all other leaves look healthy? anyone no what week i could be in? should i be spraying the foliar every once in a while or no
