On my first grow and its outside. I have a few plants going though one of my girls began flowering way before the rest. Im sure she wont have the biggest buds, ive made plenty of nub mistakes. Anyways, the white hairs on her have started to change color on the ends. I dont have to harvest too early (which im thinking it is) but at the same time I dont want to wait too long either. Let me know what you guys think.

Some eating on the leafs.. had a an issue with those *$&#$(*&! grasshoppers recently. Anyways I appreciate the help in advance.

It doesn't look ready yet. Probably at least 2-3 weeks away. The calyxes will swell and the hairs will recede inward. If you don't have a magnifying glass to check the trichs, at least wait until you see that happen.

Alright, I appreciate the quick responses. Think there's anything I should do immediately? Stop feeding? or..

IMO keep feeding. I think you have another 2-4 weeks to go for optimum budage... Maybe stop feeding like 2 weeks out. That's kinda the feedback that I was given. Also go to Radio Shack and grab a magnifying loop 30x is best but 15x will suffice as well, it can really help you check out the trichrome development, plus it's fun to look at your buds!

Looking great for a first grow man! Great work!

Yeah these were started late in the year... about 3months old. Next year im going to get some going around may after the frost. I have a greenhouse with some others that Im hoping will be able to reach flowering maturity before the frosts come. They just now started to get their white hairs. I think the greenhouse will keep them safe from frost a while longer in the year.

Anyways Ill boost the feedings for another week or so then cut them off. Ill post back with the results. I appreciate it guys.
