These are critical mass CBD. My first grow inside spider farmer sf-2000 in fox farms ocean forest. Just wondering if they seem to be on track looking ok. They germinated in a paper towel and went into 5 gallon smart pots on 05/11 almost 1 week ago. Just wondering you guys thoughts. Also wondering how moist I should be keeping the soil. Thanks in advance.

Planting directly into 5 gallons isn't recommended for first time growers. You're gonna struggle to water it properly. Even if you give it proper amount, the other soil is just gonna wick it away. It's not impossible. But you're about to either get a crash course in watering habits, or you're gonna struggle and lose it.
That said, it looks good. My advice... Keep it moist without being wet. Water when it's DRY. Not when you think it needs water.

I have 3 of them in 3 gallon pots. Forgot to add that. So water when it is dry on top or all the way through? And thanks a bunch for the reply.

You'll have to get a feel for the way you're evaporating. But generally you scratch the surface and if its dry one knuckle deep it's ready. But people's knuckles are different lol That's why it's best to use the smallest possible pot and up-pot. So you can water the whole pot and get a feel for heavy vs dry and you can handle it yourself without risking any damage waiting for the plant to tell you she's thirsty.
