First grow, must be ready now? what you think?

Here are some new pics of my plant posted some up about 6 weeks ago and was told it was gonna be about 4 weeks what do people think now, im starting to get rather impatient as they just smell sooo good.

Yes, just be sure to keep the crystalized ones, dont throw them out.
