First Grow, Need advice on how to start

So i ordered these two seeds from attitude,

Auto Lemon Skunk & Auto Roadrunner

Still being new to this i already started fooling around with some bagseed i had & got sprouts, but at the time i wasnt fully equip with nutes, supplements nor good lighting. but now i have all together,

Humidome w/72 Cell Tray for seedlings
Starter Plugs
Heating Mat
Superthrive
Botanicare AquaShield
Botanicare Pure Blend Pro
Botanicare Cal Mag Plus
204 watts 6500k of CFL
DWC, 3 Plants in 5 Gal

ive been takin my seeds & lettin them sit in a shot glass of water with a drop of superthrive till they sink then germ in paper towels but,

how can i go about getting long healthy roots using the starter tray then transplanting them to the dwc?

how close should the water be to the netpots in the res? i really just want the beans that i ordered to pull through with no problems because i only have 2.

BUMP, now i have a second question, my humidome is set up with one daylight cfl flashing inside of it and a heating pad, my plugs developed some white hairs on them & so did one of my sprouts, is that mold???

try jiffy pellets, its my first time and i was advised to use these. the seed will root into the pellet quite a bit, and then the whole thing can go in your plantpot. if you germ with paper towels u have to handle the rooting seedand bury it in ur growing medium so ur risking damage doing this. 10 pellets cost me £1.50

i already have alot of organic starter plugs and a humidome, im not looking to buy anything else really, but thanks.
any other suggestions?
