First Grow need help lol

Ive spent my time looking for the right seeds and how to take care of the plant and ive decided on LEDS since pakistan can be very hot and they seem a cooler option. I was hoping someone could help me figure out exactly how much light i need for my specific grow space and a couple places i could find them since noone knows what the fuck im talking about here even though it grows in abundance there lol. its about a 2 metre by 2 metre space and i have around 800 dollars to spend. A single suggestion would make this thread a success remember that
