first grow outdoors, for reveg HELP neede

I need some help with my first grow

Strain: BigBud
Seed Type: Feminized
Bought from: marijuana-seeds.nl
Acquired on:4/16/2012
Germinated on: 6/13/2012
Started Flowering:10/1/2012


I've got low flower-leaf ratio; which is usually good for an enjoyable smoking but I want to re-veg the plant cuz it is the only one I have.
So far I haven't had any luck with cloning, and the other varieties died of heat (50C, 122F at the very least)
Some nugs are dying I don't know why yet they are still moist to the touch and are not completely dry

It's been 113 days since flowering and the main cola just started to develop and flower.

the Trichomes are already 100% amber so its about harvest time yet the the top is still flowering
I want to know what I am supposed to do, Should I ?
1) Harvest the lower parts
2)wait until the main cola is ready for harvest
3) what else can I do

( I feed it tomato food once in a while)

I need Insights on the plants Health and any info is helpful.

If trichomes are 100% amber you should have already harvested.

in my opion you are to late,i would cut the buds that are ready and leave the rest to see if the others buds mature keep light as close as you can wiithout it gettiing to hot .hold your hand rite on the top of plant if hand is ok then plant should be fine to

@hexthat there is a cold wave that lasted 2weeks we got temps down to 11C
it is usually around 18-23C "in Winter"
and I was Aiming for 100% Amber for the medical MMJ

@bseeds It is potted But since seeding time It is outdoors The temperature is going up again .

You should harvest it. When I grow in the dirt outside the night of harvest I cut the stem and soak the trunk in a five gallon bucket of water if its small enough to flush a bit.

I'll Just harvest the nugs then,
I cannot cut the stem for it is the only plant I've got.

I haven't had any luck with cloning this one even though I had cloned some plants in my garden.
