First grow question(bubbleponics and germination)

Hi guys. I'm about to start my first grow ever, I'll be doing it with a bubbleponics system. I've got a question about getting started. Once I get my seeds and I germinate them do I plant them directly into the rockwool? Also, once they are germinated and in the rockwool, do I start running the pumps on them? At what point to I begin adding nutrients?
