First grow questions, hermi?

Aight dudes, so ive been creepin on this bitch mad hard, gettin all of my growing knowledge and started my first grow. All of this shit is bag seed because i wanted to do a trail run before i used my feminzed shit. Anyways, here is a pic of my closet grow, and im not sure what is going on with my one plant. Those definitely look like pollen sacks to me, but what is going on at the top of my plant? Is it bud and my plant is a hermi? if so is there any way i can salvage my plant in order to get something from it or should i just peace it? Ill be a little bummed but its all good because im probably just gonna start getting some plants in veg ready to move outdoors.

You can make hash, However THC levels are low in the male plant.

You can let it ripen and keep the seeds, if they're good seeds. But, I would just unroot it, throw it on the ground, set it on fire, and then urinate on it.
