FIRST GROW! Should I Be Worried

Found this bug while defoliating today... what kind of bug/pest is this and should I be worried? Also, how can I prevent them from reappearing

That's a stink bug! The babies can play hell on your girls, but generally the adults are just looking for a place to hide and have their babies. Probably came in on your clothes
