First Grow Temperature Fluctuations

First grow. 1000 hps nexgen, room's 7x6x8. 5 Plants, 150cfm in and out, oscillating fan, fox farm nutes, royal gold basement mix. Lights on temp, 80 degrees, 35% humidity, lights off temp, 55 degrees 65% humidity. This amount of fluctuation in temp and humidity going to be a problem? They are 1 1/2 weeks in and don't look as far along as they should be. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

p.s. sorry for no pics, getting there.

For "normal" indoor growth you should try to get your temp to 72 - 76F, and at the night time it should not drop more then 15F.....and around 60% of humidity for vegg.Any fluctuations will slow the growth.

Dehumidifier to raise temp and lower humidity on a timer set to 1 hour after lights off? I have already tried turning my intake off all dark cycle and turning my exhaust all the way down, just not off and it still seems to produce same results.

Dehumidifier after lights go off, and a humidifier when tha light are on witch will slower your temp. Then its all timing, but try to keep "in check" with the numbers i posted before.

any option to put a space heater in the area? i dont know if you can be around constantly when the lights go off and come on to watch it or run one on a timer with and automatic temo setting. your going to have issues with temps fluctuating that much.

Small space heater in there now and I have a thermometer with high/slow recording so I'll check and see how low it dipped after work today and let you guys know. Also dealing with a sickly plant too. Was looking real yellow so I flushed and the first 2 gallons that ran through registered 2200 ppm so I kept flushing until it got down to about 500. Gonna let her dry up and give her a small regimen of balanced nutes to get her back in shape.

Temp low today was 68, so that's a good difference, but the humidity was still up there around 60. And worst of all, I've discovered mites. I have neem oil but am not sure how late into flowering you can use neem... Any suggestions. I'm about 1.5 weeks into flower.
