First grow, with pics, NEED advice...

First Grow,
Hey Guys this is my first grow, and thread for that matter. I am growing several strains including sour diesel, white widow, white rhino, OG kush and Bubba Kush. I started off with a grow tent my buddy gave me and a fluorescent grow light he also handed down to me, in my attic (4 overhead). It started off as I put seeds into a couple pots as I had no clue of any of this. Then I went and bought a seed starter and I that worked a little better but wasnt tall enough. So I bought a container and a piece of plexi glass, made a makeshift starter/ greenhouse deal as days went on a new sprout would pop up after a few days I had 23 plants, in an attic in a tiny grow tent. I knew that wouldnt work. I ran threw Ideas for days trying to figure out what to do. Well I had rented a 12x25 storage room to work on my cars with cause I dont have space at home, then it hit me. So I started building. I built a secret wall there, with a 7x12 area to work with. The storages have electricity so that was perfect even though I did tapped into the porch light and made another outlet lol. Let me remind you im just an average joe with common knowledge so most anyone can do it. I ordered Mylar type material the kind supposedly blocks the heat sensors on helicopters. Well 7x6 is my flowering room with no light leaks, and now for the good stuff.
For lights- 600w hps and 400w hps systems only using 600w for now
Fan- just a normal osculating fan
Pots- 3 gallon pots I picked up at wal-mart(plan on getting smartpot)
Net- my girlfriend weaved the net out of twine works great
Nutes- Foxfarm trio
Soil- foxfarm oceans forest
Water- distilled water from day 1

I recently moved 9 plants into the room to start flowering/sexing.
The rest of the plants are in my incubator (the grow tent)

I am still unsure the feeding schedule still and im not sure how I add the nutes so I just add them to the watering jug and mix with water.

I also need some advise on super cropping and or topping? Also trimming is there a technique that works best?

If this is in a storage unit type setting this is a bad idea if your in a illegal state. If not then keep growin as long as it's not in your contract that you cant.

You have way too many plants for the lights you have and the amount of space if they are fem'd seeds if not you might be ok. You will need some heat control and humidity control. Other than those things it looks like they are healthy. I would top them if you arent using fem'd seeds. But you top atleast a week or more before flowering keep in mind they take up more space when they are topped.

The bucket o seeds was separated over a month ago. As of now I have 9 plants under a 600w hps, and around 12 qlot smaller plants in the grow tent, a few of the plants died when I replanted them to pots. The other day I noticed the plants in the Tent have grown very little due to the temps and not enough light so I ordered a 150hps just for the tent and in the process of building a veg 12/12 room so by the time there off 18/6 And go into that room the ones inthe tent will moved to the 18/6 under the 400 or 600w hps I haven't figured that far out yet. The pics go in order, when I had room to spread the bucket o seeds out I did immediately... Temps are 78-80 in the room and humidity is good cause I got a 5g bucket of moist lava rocks that keeps it where it should
